10 rule changes to make football flow better

1. Make all free kicks direct.
2. Throw-ins can be taken by foot as well as....well, thrown in.
3. Fouls can be taken anywhere across an imaginary line running across the pitch (enabling players to take a shot from their favored positions).
4. All league games that end in a draw should end in penalty kicks, with the winner awarded 2 points to the loser's 1.
5. After the first yellow card, the referee has the discretion to show another yellow card to the same player, rather than dismiss him with a red.
6. Dismissed players CAN be replaced with another player (like basketball).
7. Cup games that end in a tie should have extra time with EIGHT players on each team (meaning three players from each side to be taken off). This will result in a faster more open game, favoring more skillful players.
8. Substitutions made at half time should be limitless.
9. Each half should be FIFTY minutes long with no injury time.
10. All pitches should be EXACTLY the same dimensions, length and breadth.
