"Don't masturbate during Ramadan."
12 days of fasting down the drain..no pun intended!
On his blog, Sayyid Ali Khameini offers advice to the faithful about being "Master of your domain", during Ramadan:
Q: "If somebody masturbates during the month of Ramadan but without any discharge, is his fasting invalidated?"
Iranian Supreme Leader: "If he did not intend masturbation and discharging semen and nothing is discharged, his fasting is correct even though he has done a harām (forbidden) act. But, if he intends masturbation or he knows that he usually discharges semen by this process and semen readily comes out, it is a haram intentional breaking fasting."

Speaking of mastering his domain, he can start by having his picture taken for once without the image of Khomeini reflecting him like his shadow.
I'm thinking that a man who becomes aroused without masturbating (yet does not ejaculate) also falls into this category. And if you're on Basil's site, with his link to Daily Porn, and don't know what a wet dream is, time to back on outta here.
I know I will probably have a wet dream due to the fact that it is on my mind that masterbation is illegal right now. Should I try not to sleep for the month?
There a loads of call-in shows on Arabic tv this time of year in which a sheikh can advise you. I'd love to hear the response to that question!
