Sheryl Swoopes comes out

Not that it's anyone's business but it's still newsworthy. One because she's a terrific basketball player, two because she's hot. I've never really understood the "declaration" of sexuality. It's such an intensely private matter and if, as is often stated, it shouldn't have a bearing on how someone is viewed, why is it so readily advertised? I understand the need to identify yourself with a community and to gain that feeling of belonging but to me, it's weird doing that with sexuality and religion.
My all-time favorite drunken questions, designed to expose your inner prejudices: would you rather have a gay son or a slutty daughter?
