Cory Doctorow: These spring-loaded steampunk spectacles are the mutt's nuts -- I would wear them every day, until they blew a spring and gouged out one of my eyes. When you close them, the temple arms retract and the ear hoops pivot under for compact storage. Also, the bridge (the part that rests on your nose), is spring loaded, extending another few cms when worn.
