Office Politics

An Israeli co-worker of mine is on a constant mission to discuss the Israeli/ Palestinian conflict with me. He brings it up all the time and tries to get me to pick a side. Aside from the fact that bringing up politics like that is extremely poor form and picking sides is ridiculously simplistic..what is he really asking me? To tell him if one side is more human than the other?

Both sides are people: good, bad and ugly on both sides. And the same person has the equal capacity to be good one minute and an absolute jerk-off the next. It's a fundamental human trait.

The fact that he thinks I can supply him with an answer, means he's got one himself. And I never trust people who think they have an answer to anything in this world.
