A judge rules the TSA's warrantless wiretaps as "unconstitutional" and the story gets buried all the way back in the far reaches of cnn.com. What gets top billing? Why, little JonBenet's killer arrested in Thailand, of course. I know this story is an integral part of American 90s culture (God knows why) but a little perspective?
