I feel awful for the Okapi. Kids are never told about him in stories, no one has ever been asked "What's your favorite animal", to which they responded "Oh, the Okapi, of course" and Rudyard Kipling never even considered mentioning him in the jungle book. It's a conspiracy by the Zebras.
My kids knows him but I'm not sure if it will be their fav. animal, Okapi got fierce competition :(
