Papal Faux Pas-allacies
Upon meeting Pope Benedict XVI at the Vatican last weekend, Bush presented him with a gift of a wooden cane carved with English words. When the pope asked the president what they were, Bush told His Holiness, "The Ten Commandments, sir."
To sir? With love?

Nope, it's real. I remember when it happened, there was a big kerfuffle in the media about it.
Rightly so. Acting like teenagers at a papal funeral!
