I guess this is the end of the line. Two years of blogging has taken a toll, mainly in the fact that I've succeeded in boring everyone, especially myself. Opening your heart is very overrated in that it lends people the illusion that they're a part of your life, when they're not. I'm going to focus on fixing this life of mine and won't be pouring any more of my depleted energy levels into documenting the excruciating minutae of my tortured soul. Translation, I'm quitting the blog-life, or, as a wit once put it, "Before you get a Second Life, make sure you have a first one".
So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, goodbye...adieu, adieu...to yeu and yeu and yeu. It's been real, it's been fun, but it hasn't been real fun. And how fitting that most of this goodbye post represents plagiarised stuff from movies, articles, books and even a t-shirt. I guess when you're a serial cutter-and-paster, old habits die hard...

In advance, excuse typos as I'm on an ipad and since this most likely wont get read I'm not bothering to change. just found you and now you're gone. That sucks. Wanted to correct a couple of things you said about David. Icke. first, he was a news reporter, not some well-respected prize-winning, groundbreaking reporter. Secondly, he then claimed to be the son of God, at which point he was the brunt of jokes and a total laughingstock. But clever for him, that claim only increased his media exposure. He is an idiot but it doesn't discount that the rich and powerful rule the world. And lastly, I think you write very well. I share the same malady as you, although I'm not sure admitting to watching 70s porn is much of a turn-on for anyone, although honesty is admirable. With Alex Jones' Infowars, recent roof about who and what s running my own country and the world...without the disinformation propagated by the powers that b to discredit the truth, etc., I would have liked to hear your thoughts in 2011. You are one of the most objective bloggers I've read of late. I hope you've gotten back on track. You would have had a loyal reader, as we share the same profession...although Dallas, Texas seems like a long way from you. That's because it is, f course. You've probably eliminated comments, but I'm giving it a shot. If you want to ever try again, know you have a reader...and an empathizer. Best of luck with your personal struggles. I don't like any of our leaders as I believe them all to be puppets...but not from a ludicrous lizard alien clan f puppet masters. Very old money and very powerful people control things now. It doesn't matter who's elected. It's interesting how the British use the letter "s" where we use a "z." that's rambling. And rambling is random. More importantly, random is the ultimate form of humor, I like rambling. Start again so we can all ramble with you.
Oh, and if it makes you feel any better, the most intelligent people are the greatest thinkers. Me thinks you're a big thinker.along with thinking comes both pros and cons, you're a creative type, it's a blessing and a curse. But celebrate your talents and believe in your higher power, whatever you think him to bel stay away from atheism. The truly met unhappy people I know are atheists.
