One-liner

Chevy Chase doesn't get a lot of love when the world's greatest comedians are discussed and yet no one delivered a one-liner like he did. Check out this exchange from 1985s "Spies Like Us":

[Dan Akroyd and Chevy Chase are attacked in the woods at night, by ninjas. They look on, desperately trying to come up with a plan]

DK: Say something.
CC: What am I going to say?
DA: You're the diplomat. Tell them something and get us out of this mess.
[Chevy looks at the menacing ninjas. His eyes light up]
CC: (Raising his arms) Let us go and I will make the sun come up.
[Akroyd looks at him incredulously. The ninjas continue their slow advance. Another thought occurs to Chevy and he reaches into his pocket, pulling out his wallet. He pulls out a back and white photo of a reasonably cute girl. He holds it up for the ninjas to see]
CC: See this...this is my sister. (Pause) You can all have her...I hear she's pretty good.
