IBRAHIM ISSA CHARGED FOR MAKING DELIBERATE FALSE ALLEGATIONS REGARDING THE HEALTH OF PRESIDENT [MUBARAK]
The Supreme National Security Prosecutor's office today levelled charges towards journalist Ibrahim Issa, accusing him of spreading malicious, deliberate and untrue rumours regarding the health of President Mubarak, with the express aim of creating panic and fear among the public. The office of the supreme prosecutor has, however, decided to release him, pending the completion of its investigations and until a judgement can be made in this case.

I presume that the purpose of the arrest was also to create panic and fear among the public. Well, at least fear.
